WASHINGTON - The gays and lesbians in the United States might begin to expect regarding the validity of their marriage status. Therefore, support for same-sex marriage in powerful country continues to emerge.
One of them came from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The support was used by Clinton in a five-minute video for the gay rights fighters.
"Gay and lesbians should have equal rights, including marriage," Clinton said as quoted by CNN.
Support, continued Clinton, is a personal opinion and the related policies and laws.
Clinton expressed support increasingly add to the long list of U.S. officials who disagree with same-sex marriage.
Vice President Joe Biden, Governor Cuomo and the New York Andre Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley also said his support for fellow mating types.
However, it is widely expected if support Clinton only used as political. Clinton reportedly gave support because he wanted to return to be a part of the White House.
Even so, support for same-sex marriage in the U.S. is on the rise. A Gallup survey conducted in November 2012 and could be a mirror. At that time, 53 percent of mature aged people in the U.S. agree with same-sex marriage. Meanwhile, the rest are rejected outright.
